Poor service and deception

Poor service, lack of communication and I felt deceived. I took my car in for spray painting touch ups when my car was returned to me, a few days later than originally expected, there were more scratches on than when it originally went in. I was told by the manager “that you see these things when the car is washed”. As if I never washed the car before. I took photos of all the scratches with the consultant prior to handing in my car. I would not recommend the Tokai office. They seem like they **** people.
