poor service

i have taken my car to automagic Gezina for repairs as advised by my insurance. it had a damaged front bumper, after the repair i went to collect the car and was told that they will call me before end of May for a bumper cover. they never called until i called them. i was told that they will call my insurance and order the part and i will be notified to bring the car for fitting. 2 months down the line, i still have not received the call. i am tired of calling them to remind them of their job, this is totally unacceptable.
