Poor service

My vehicle required repairs to Front bumper, Running board, and a slight deny on the roof.<br> The repair was estimated to take 10 days.<br> I then received notification that a few more dents were discovered on the roof and that the repair would be delayed by 5 days. This period was extended by an additional 6 days and then by another 2 days and now by a further 4 days. In all, the original 10 days is now 27 days and counting. To date the vehicle has still not been completed.<br> I have visited the workshop twice and found that on each occasion nothing was in progress and that the representative was not interested in my problem and gave the lame excuse, that additional work had to be done on the roof.<br> I find that the service, or lack thereof , totally unacceptable
