Poor Service

I had a tyre burst on my way back from Limpopo on the 17th Dec 2017, I called insurance and my car was towed to Super Quick in Grobblersdaal, I phoned Automagic as I have a tyre and Rim insurance with them, I was send from one person to another no one was willing to assist as Super Quick said they don't service insurance claims, I phoned them several times and spoke to Tian who was never willing to assist, I left 4 messages for him and he never called me back, I then paid cash as they told me that I can do that and claim back from the insurance. They asked for documentation and I supp**** them with that the only thing that was outstanding was the thread measurement as the consultant by the name of Heinrich whom I spoke to said he will call Super Quick for them to e-mail him, since the 18th, no one called me or send me a mail with feedback as to what is happening, today is the 27th eight days after the incident, I called them only to find out that they are still waiting for the thread measurements. If I did not contact them it means no one will ever call me and let me know, what kind of service is this, when I took the policy I thought it would help me but it is a dissaster
