Poor customer service from Automagic
Automagic Benoni is the worst panel beater. Jacco the manager has little care for customer satisfaction and customer experience. They take no accountability and no responsibility. If you take your car there it will sit there while they’re waiting for parts that never arrive and they don’t care about it.

We hereby wish to put on record that Auto Magic has been transparent in their dealings with you and have remained in communication with you regarding the back order parts for your vehicle. Furthermore communication from the VW supplier has been shared with you by the repairer advising of the back order parts. We have reached out to various OEM suppliers and unfortunately this part remains on back order. Unfortunately, back-order parts are out of the control of a Motor Body Repairer.
