I delivered my car at Automagic in strydompark(randburg) on 3rd of September and still not completed.They are telling me that remaining parts will be delivered within 21 working days.I already returned my 30 days car hire .I will never refer any to that penealbeater.Car reg:CP 03NT GP

08 Oct 2024, 16:46Dear MR A MAREDI, We have successfully investigated your concerns regarding the extended repair timeframe and wish to inform you that there are currently parts (which were not included in the assessed quote) that have been identified and require replacement. Upon receiving authorization from your insurance assessor to replace these parts, we were informed by our OEM supplier that they are currently not available and must be shipped from overseas. We refer to these parts as being on back order. The current estimate is that we should receive the parts around October 31st, after which we will proceed with finalizing the necessary repairs to your vehicle. This was also explained to you by Auto Magic Strijdom Park. We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, we are also at the mercy of the supplier in this regard. We trust that you understand this explanation, and should you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact our offices.
