Pathetic turnaround time with lack of effective communication

I took in my car for a single dent at Auto Magic in Strijdom Park, Randburg and I was advised that it would take them 5 days to complete job. I’m going on my second week and the job has still not been completed. What is worse is that I had to be the one to keep on calling asking for an update whenever they missed their promised date of completion. I’m being given the run around and told stories of load shedding and water cuts which they did not bother informing me of prior to me asking. I am completely furious and frustrated because their lack of communication shows a total disregard of my travel arrangements. I’ve had to cancel obligations, be stranded with transport and make last minute travel arrangements which have been costly. there is no sense of urgency whatsoever on their side and this is utterly disappointing. I feel disrespected as a customer. Definitely would not recommend anyone to use this branch. *********** and inconsiderate
