Pathetic service - Auto Magic Mustang Actonville
My car was sent last for repairs and Auto Magic Mustang from Actonville namely Tiaan was going to put second had s**** to fix my car and since nearly 2 months theh have declined to fix my car, I pay my insurance in full I don't expect parts from a s**** yard, also a costs around R15000 to respray Pogir Group is only willing to pay R19000, to respray, changes the fenders, a new number, fix the headlights a on top of respray the entire car. Also no assessor had been out to see the car, they just wanted pictures, if I weren't an honest person I would have made the damages more. The panel beater costed me nothing then R10000 as it's a new year and I lost the buyer, they want to charge me storage to move the car from their premises or else it's a daily fine but they sat for nearly well over a month with it. Pathetic. This is going on all the car forums I am apart of.

I did not close the matter, I received a phone call from your branch to say that you guys will not repair my vehicle as stated and that I must pick up my car within 3 days. There was no claim of any previous damages and 3 other panel beaters verfied this.
So I did no close the matter, you guys CHOSE not to repair my vehicle fully NO GIVEN reason why.
If so please I will get an affidavit stating to the facts.
And by the way, the vehicle is now fully repaired within 2 weeks, not leaving it stripped for nearly 2 months as you guys have done.

I was never rude to anyone nor was I unfair, a vehicle they has a little dent wont impact on the outside of my car (my whole front of the car was damaged) and also it doesn't hover it, it had rims and tyres (which make it drive on the roads) was scratched off the list of damages, please give me more information as to which previour damages I was claiming for when the car was barely looked at but 3 other panel beaters seen it and said it needs to be repaired or replace.
I will send a copy of the affidavit to you from the police that I have to take work time to fill out as you guys are did not till now what was it for.
I will contact my broker regarding this.

As mentioned in previous responses, the damages we are referring to was declined by your insurance company/underwriter. We in the end did not carry out any repair work to your vehicle and therefore wish to finalize this matter.
We in this regard will refrain from any other communication with you and will be exercising our right to refer you to your underwriter and or broker as you have suggested to do.
