Pathetic service at Automagic

My insurance company instructed me to take my car to Auto magic. Car was booked in on the 16/03. I was told that it will take 7-10 working days. Today is the 14th working day and i still have no car. During the first week I called and left several messages with nobody responding to me. I received an sms on the 22/03 to say that they were still waiting for parts. Shocking service!!! You leave messages and nobody comes back to you. I was told on Tuesday that they were unhappy with the quality of the bumper clips and was waiting for the supplier to deliver and my car should have been ready today. Called today only to be told that the clips has not arrived. From the onset I explained that I had to hire a vehicle at my own cost and need the car to be ready asap. Today I gave in my hired vehicle only to be told that my car is not ready. I will never recommend Automagic to anyone and will be leaving my current insurance for this reason. I never want to deal with such *********** people. I am absolutely horrified. This is so unprofessional. <br>
