Pathetic service and attitude

I had repair work done at Auto Magic East Rand Mall and I am not happy with the work done I have tried to inform the manager of the repair center and have had no luck with getting my concerns resolved The manager was rude and arrogant and did not assist me with any concerns He insisted that the problems were not they fault and they would not do anything to fix it. THE WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. UTTERLY DISGUSTED.
