Pathetic repairs

My insurance insisted i take my car to auto magic old fort road Durban despite me insisting i prefer clark and kent durban. They ********** my cables from my sound system amplifier and did not re-connect. Manager Mervin claims that the employee who did that has since not been at wor**** The door handle is loose despite me going in for adjustment on a Saturday. Mervin ordered a new cable and when i follow up he is waiting for delivery. 2 days later he is in a meeting never return calls. Avoid auto magic!
