Pathetic

Auto Magic in Bracken fell, Okavango.. Yhoo I don't know where to start, but if you know what's good for you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM.. I had a mini accident in August, King Price approved everything for me, and on the 06 of Sept my car was booked for repairs, they told me that it will be done on the 23 of Sept. They have been lying ans going back and forth about the date, and giving ke all the false promises, at one point they called me that my car is ready, when I got there it was not done. I had to call them every 2nd day to get an answer and everytime story changes or they blame the Ford head office. I am sick and tired of them, 3 weeks ago they told me to fetch my car as it is only the bumper that they waiting for, to my suprise the emblem was removed and the back lights we not installed , they told me on the 20 November I should return the car for a bamper to be replaced. Up to this day they are telling me lies and stories. I need this sorted before Friday as I am leaving to EC for Holidays and I can't drive to EC with a car with no jumper and no back lights. They are so ***********. Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, and all they:ve been waiting for is the bumper. I need this resolved ASAP.
