Pathetic
I am disgusted with the workmanship and customer service. Your workshop manager Wayne is as useless as Bob your assessor. I picked up my vehicle from your Durban office on the thirteenth of July it is now almost a month later and im still waiting. Your service is pathetic.

07 Aug 2019, 10:32Dear JeremyThe offices at AM Durban has made contact with the customer and attempted to reach the client throughout last week as they were able to obtain an alternate part in the interim. Should the part not be sufficient, we still have the part coming from Korea as back-up. The repairer left a message for the customer to contact the Manager Wayne Maharaj as we would require the client to present the vehicle to the repairer to ascertain if the part would suffice and attend to the alignment as well. In short our response, the customer needs to contact AM Durban to make an arrangement for fitment of the part and simultaneously attend to the alignment issues.

Did your manager fill you in with all the details?
Firstly due to your assessor Bob being so *********** and forgetting to order the part delivery was delayed. You guys sat with me car for thirty days for a door and fender. The day i went to fetch i was told by the other idiot Wayne that i must bring my vehicle in on a Saturday and all will be sorted.
After taking delivery of my car i have had 3 breakdowns due to fueling reasons. I only encountered these issues after Automagic had my car. They accepted no responsibility and i paid the costs.
As explained to my broker and Wayne, Automagic DBN are useless and i will not leave my car with them overnight.
All this was explained to Wayne. So does your manager lie to clients just to telling them want they want to hear? He is your manager so he has the authority to make a decision and he did. My vehicle needs to be fixed on a Saturday as originally agreed to by your manager.

Instead of me paying 8.5K to you idiots i should rather have supported our local guys that operate from their homes. Quicker and they would align panels much better than your staff.
