Panel beating

My vehicle was involved in an accident and I was told by my insurane company ( Virseker) to take my vehicle to Automagig Centurion on 17 October 2022. Since 31 January 2023 I am receiving messages that the vehicle is in the panel beating shop ( jig machine ). How long must a vehicle ve on a jig machine? My vehicle has been at Automagic for nearly 4 months now and the repairs are still not completed. I have been stuck without a vehicle and have to struggle to get my wife to work and back and then still need to pay the insurance premium and the excess fee whenever my vechile is repaired. This is really unacceptable.
