Panel beater changed my spear wheel

I booked my car for minor scratches to be after 5 days of booking I needed my car before they call me to say they done and we worked on an agreement that I can take it and will bring it back when my am back on my trip. When I get to the panelbeater it's late, I think theres few less than an hour before they close and am in need of my car. Got in my car and drove home when I get at home I remember that I need to check my spare wheel and I find it changed they put an old tire that has paint on it....I have called them because I discovered that just now and they are closed. As a woman man take advantage of us because we don't understand cars and am afraid if they did that what else they changed. My is pretty new I don't drive it to work and am the first owner of that car the km are not even over 15000 km. I don't think I can trust them to continue to fix the job that is not done. Please help.am not even sure whether they changed the others tires as well.
