Owner screams like a madman!

Worst treatment ever, thats how bad this is...<br> After having to take back my car a second time to repair due to bad workmanship (the whole process took over a year and too much detail to add here). I finally managed to make arrangements with Griselda who was very diplomatic during the proces to drop my car off on 30 April. Griselda wasnt there, so i preceded to meet the owner Kenny Kruger, who was misinformed about what needed to be repaired & when I tried to correct him and insisted to speak to Griselda (as she knew what needed to be done), Kenny lost his temper it, he started SHOUTING at me for not having respect for his \wife"(who knew) & called me a p*es and swore filthy words at me in front of my wife and baby. He came right up to my face"
