over a month and still no car

My car went into the panel beaters (automagic rivonia) on 4th Jan 2018 till date there is no exact date as to when it will be completed and on top it my car hire was not extended until my car has been fixed and ready for me to collect It also should be king price duty to deal with the panel beater get my car sorted as soon as possible King price and their respective panel beater has not done as much as it should to keep me as the customer happy
