Not impressed with service

Dear Richard<br> <br> You are right. I was extremely happy to see my car looking like it should. I was not interested on the parts that were used because they explained to me upfront that original parts were not available( whoever informed you of this is a ****) The car looked gorgeous when i picked it up second time around after complaining. I requested that they not leave swirl marks on the car caused by polishing because the colour was black and shows up easily. The manager assured me that they will glaze the car and that there would be no swirl marks visible. One week later and after one wash all the swirl marks are visible. The other thing i noticed after driving it is that the car pulls to the left which it never did when it went in. I dont even know how this was possible.<br> <br> This whole experience is exhausting.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Feroz
