Automagic Mustang in Benoni is contracted by first for women unfortunately.

They had my car for over 20 days and I had to call them to ask when my car would be ready. I spoke to Bongi countless times and she kept saying she will get back to me but never did. She finally said I can come fetch my car. When I arrived my car was far from ready. It was being assembled in a rush in a the 99th minute. Needless to say the job was horrible. The bumper and grill were not aligned and the paint did not match. The VW badge that they fitted was second hand from a s**** yard.

I refused to take my car till they fixed it. I left it for 3 days and called again. Leandra said that my car was ready. I went to fetch it, only to find my car on a trolley Jack and some guy attempting to straighten the grill in a hurry.

Leandra forced me to pay the excess and take my car. They said they would sort the issues out and that they have ordered me a OEM badge.

Needless to say when I called back, Leandra denied that they will fix my car or that they will put proper parts on my car. She stated that they will not speak with me anymore and that I must talk to my insurance company.

First for women do not care about the shoddy work and the poor quality of work.

Leandra **** to me countless times on the phone and told me that they will get back to me and that the director himself is going to look at the poor work on my car. I never received a call from the director. It’s pathetic service that people are paying for: they are ****ming people.
