Loose bumber and Missing Parts
I had recived my car back from Automagic on 17/9/2015 however the repairs which had been done was not to my satisfaction, this had been made aware to the staff member (Ariel) and the assessments centre which had referred the job to them. Over the weekend while driving on the N2 my left side finder lining had come loose at 110kmh. Upon investigation I noticed that the finder lining had not been secured by Automagic and to add further the right side of the bumper is beginning to sag. The vehicle had been sent recently for a service to CMH Datcentre and the technician indicated that a bumper stiffener is not installed (Part Number:: BBM456112E). The mentioned part had been installed by CMH upon purchase of the car at the cost of R687.60, CMH has provided evidence and a invoice for this part which had been on the car up until Automagic Durban Central had removed it to repair the front bumper and then failed to install it. Without the mentioned part my front bumper has become very flimsy and loose, the bumper seemed more secure before repairs had been done by Automagic Durban Central.

I need my bumper and missing parts to be replaced asap!
