Long delay on repairs

My vehicle has been booked into Agape Autobody Springs via King Price and Auto Magic and after 2 weeks they still do not have the necessary spares to start working. A job that should have taken a maximum 1 week is now going to take who knows how long and in the meantime I have to struggle with transport while my vehicle is just standing there.

I think I should now just rent a car and claim it back against them since I can't continue struggling like this.
