LATE DELIVERY

AUTOMAGIC is failing me, i was told that the expected date for completion of the repairs was the 21st of May 2015 in which they took in the vehicle on the 07th of May 2015. today is the 21st and the coming up with stories not stating when exactly i will get the vehicle back. this is really upsetting because i dont have a courtesy car which i had arranged privately for this period. i am a female who works shifts and i have explained to them how i am struggling as it is now. they have not lived up to their promise, i am highly dissappointed...
