Ignition wear and tear

My car was taken to auto magic for repairs, for 2 weeks they drove the car wherever they needed it so they can fix it, even if it was in their premises, no calls, no sms's nothing about the ignition that they now say does not work, according to them it is wear and tear and they will not replace it, when we drove the car there was nothing wrong, now when the car is supposed to be finished suddenly it wont start because the ignition is broken.They even marked that the car was starting when we took it in. I WANT IT FIXED it was fixed when we took it in!! Ford Figo
