I'm out of town and i can't collect my car.

On Thursday 25 Feb 2016, I received a text from AutoMagic (in the person of Sandra), informing me that my car was in line for the paint shop.<br> This morning 3 March 2015, I get a voice message from a guy called Lazarus from AutoMagic saying I should call him back, I also see that and email was send by Sandra at 09:35 and a text message at 09:42, all informing me that the repairs on my car are complete and ready for collection.<br> This is where my problem begins, I call them to inform that that im am unable to collect my car because im working out of town, I dont know anybody that can come collect it for me because I'm new in Pretoria. They then say to me that they can't keep my car because they dont have storage for it. I then call my insurance for intervention, which lead me back to AutoMagic Head Office. The Head Office calls the branch and now the branch says that i don't have excess money and i wanted to pay on the 25th that's why im claiming to be out of town. I had not spoken to them about money at all, all I asked was for them to store my car until im back in town. I don't understand why I should be accused for things i did not even speak about.
