Horrible communication and empty promises

My car was with Automagic Parow for 16 days. Day 2 I received a text saying the job would take 5 – 7 days. Day 8 I received a text saying that the parts arrived on day 7. I had to call every two days to hear what was going on – each time I was told that the car is “being prepped” and will be ready in two days. Two days later I would call to check and be told the same story again. Day 14 I called yet again and I was told that the car would be ready the following day and I would be giving a call around lunchtime. At 12:30 I drove to Automagic and asked to speak to the manager. This is when I was shown my car being sprayed! I was then informed that the wrong parts were delivered and new ones had to be ordered. None of this was communicated to me!! I was also told that when the correct parts arrived the car “went back into line” to wait for when it would be done. After 15 days I would think that my car should be first in line. Only after having an argument I was promised that I would have my car the next day by 10:00. This is true, my car was done just after 10:00 today. But then, when I drove off, the steering wheel was skew and the car pulled to the left. I went back and was told that the car was not sent for wheel balancing (as I was told would be done and as was order by the assessor) and that I should take my car around the corner to have it done and they would pay the bill.

Automagic Parow is full of empty promises. And this is only when they actually bother to communicate. The paint job was well done. The service was absolutely horrible. And also incomplete. I will struggle to trust Automagic with working on my car again.
