HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTING SERVICE ONCE AGAIN

So I made a claim and sent my car in to the penal beater suggested by budget insurance, Auto Magic (Parow) on 29th January. the penal beater sent me an sms saying the car will be ready by the 7th of February, on the 6th they called telling me about the 8th. today, the 8th, they decide not to communicate anything with me regarding my car. when I call Budget insurance, a girl called Nomzi Zibanyoni in the Repairs or claims department decides not give me any solution but to tell me about what I should and shouldn't have covered. Budget insurance has no car or whatsoever for their clients, the staff are more concerned about getting their salaries and the job wants to maximize profits.... This is the 2nd time I'm getting bad service from Budget insurance and quarter to changing insurance coz I don't want to carry on acquainting myself with a place and people that take me for a Msoon. Budget insurance couldn't even bother checking up...... HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED ONCE AGAIN!
