Head lights, Indicators and Bumper

I took my car in for fix(Bumper) in January 06th 2015 and my bumper wasn't fixed properly or to my satisfaction and I mentioned the matter to Zameer that I wasn't happy because the gap on my car bumper was still there and he told me that the gap will fix on its own of which I couldn't understand, I wrote a complaint to my Insurance 1st for women of which yesterday(24/03/2015) Zameer from Automagic called me to bring my car in and I did, the very same day around 15:00 Automagic called again to say that the car was ready for collection I went there to collect my car, night time at 20:00 my shift at work ends got in the car to drive home and BOOM! Car headlights and front indicators are not working, I immediately send Zameer an email about the matter now it is after 08:00 and I haven't got any respond from Zameer. Today's weather is so so bad to drive in without headlights it is raining. I am very upset bacause clearly the Automagic people don't know what they are doing at all, and they are not professionals.
