I went to the Auto Magic Jhb cental 32 Roper road branch on the 19th of October 2015 to get an assessment done on my car for a claim. Riaad was of assistance. He took the pics and advised that he will do the needful. When I followed up with my Insurer for the outcome, I kept on being told that the repairs centre has not uploaded any pics. This went on for over a month that I ended up butting heads with my insurer. They gave me auto magic's number and I got hold of Riaad. He asked for time to look for my pics. It took him hours to get back to me, and when he eventually got back to me, he said\sorry ma'am I can't find your photos "!?!? What happened to the pics? This tells me that he did not generate a quotation as he was supposed to! What happened when I left the premises? I basically took time off work to do my part process of this claim processfor what?!? He wasted my time. This is very unprofessional I am extremely disappointed because he is the reason my car is still not fixed today - over a month since a claim was logged. """
