Happy ending

Our car was booked in for repairs while we were on holiday and things started off slowly. Initially I was very frustrated at the length of time our car had to be in for repairs as I thought it was just paint work and a side mirror that needed replacing. We eventually got our car back a month after the accident took place, however, only when I arrived to collect it did I see that both doors had to be replaced due to a damaged safety bar. Hence the length of the wait. The job that was done was flawless and I commend Zameer and his team for their excellent work and perfection. Unfortunately the car had to go back to them a few days later as the assessor did not note the minor damage to the bumper as a result of the same accident. This repair work was quickly approved and this time Zameer offered us a loan vehicle for the two days that our car was in the shop. This was not part of our insurance agreement and purely a gesture of kindness on the part of Automagic. I am humbled by the pride they take in their work and the humility they offer in their attitude. A mighty combination of complimentary opposites. Thank you Zameer, and Automagic.
