I brought my car in for repairs in September a for repairs the assessor Victor also helped me when I brought my vehicle in for repairs 2 days after he called me and informed me that my door beading is on back order for 2 weeks he also called Me every 3 days to inform me about the progress of the car and also that the beading will not stop the vehicle in progress. I was frustrated with the back order but the way he followed up was phenomenal I also received a call when the beading was delivered. On day of collection Sandra and Victor came to assist me and he helped me to take my car out with a big smile, although I think they are under stuffed because I thought he is only a assessor but he literally helped me through out the process to the end.
