HALF A JOB

Auto Magic Edenvale was recommended to me for repairs when someone reversed into my car and the front was damaged. Firstly, they quoted me on repairs for the rear as opposed to the front. Secondly, when my car was 'repaired', only the Protector was changed. The grille was left broken and the Protector was used to cover up the broken parts. There was a discrepancy regarding the requested repair work , quotation and work done / invoiced. Upon querying with Peugeot dealers for costing, etc. I was charged for 3 parts, where only 1 was changed - that being the cheapest of the 3. After alerting them to my dissatisfaction, I was told that they would order the other parts and advise me once delivered. On arrival, they had ordered the part for the wrong Peugeot. They would re-order and book another day. No consideration for my travelling between Midrand to Edenvale.... After the correct one was ordered and delivered, only 1 of the 2 parts was sent. Till today I'm still awaiting a response from them since 11 Oct despite numbers follow-up mails. Pathetic...........heaven forbid me recommending this company!!!!!!!!!!
