Good day,<br> <br> I would like to share my experience and thank Gert Olivier and his team. <br> <br> I recently had a taxi rear end my car and I had to submit a claim through Hollard. I was referred to AutoMagic Rivonia who were prompt to book my car in for an assessment. The claim was approved almost immediately post the assessment reaching the insurer. <br> <br> Gert managed the process from beginning to end. He managed to arrange that parts for the repair were ordered prior to me having booked my car in, resulting in less days through car hire. I was updated every second day by Gert as to what stage of repair my car was in.<br> <br> Gert called me two days ahead of a very tight schedule to let me know my car was ready! It was a turnaround of 6 days!<br> <br> I was thrilled to get my car back earlier and Gert made sure there was very little paperwork involved in the process.<br> <br> Gert was really fantastic, he was professional and friendly and gave me some helpful advice on keeping my car in good condition.<br> <br> I don't think recognition for exceptional service is something that is expressed because it is the expectation but I really had a great experience and I would refer family and friends.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br>
