Great Service

I recently had an accident with my Ford Ranger Bakkie, and my insurance company assigned Automagic to do the repairs. It was a long scratch along the left side of the bakkie, and 4 panels were damaged. I booked my car in on the Monday, and it was effortless. The gentleman told me that it could take up to two weeks, but is usually done much sooner.<br> <br> By the Friday they informed me that all the work had been completed, and I can come and collect. When I arrived, I noticed a new scratch on the front bumper, and told them that this was the first time I noticed it. The gentleman helping me, apologised profusely and said it must have happened by accident while the were working on my car. He ensured me that they'll have it fixed up before the end of the day. They dropped me off at my house, and when they collected me later, the gentleman showed me pictures with date-stamps on their system of the day I booked in my car. The scratch had been there from the start, and was not the fault of Automagic. But they repaired it without charging me, even though it was my own fault!<br> <br> I can definitely recommend them for their fast, professional service and attention to customer satisfaction.
