<p>An accident which was not your fault is always so inconvenient, to put it mildly. My insurance had selected Automagic in Bellville to do the assesment on my vehicle. I did not have car hire and it was important for me to know how long I need to rent a car. The reception at their workshop was most friendly and accomodative. They usually keep the vehicle for 2 weeks because parts have to be ordered after the arrival of the vehicle. To ensure that my vehicle was in the shop for the least amount of time, they asked me to pay the excess upfront. This I did so that they could order the parts before the car came to the shop.
