failure to repair car body

I am insured my mercedes with auto general (my policy number *** my claim no. ***) took my car to auto magic durban central ...40 stalwart simelane street i can't believe they failed to repair my car boot properly because off that now when it rains or I go for a car wash the water comes into my car boot so I mindly request that they fix my car boot so the water does not damage anything in my car please help me soon as possible
