Extremely slow
My car went in for a front bumper and light to be repaired/replaced on Monday 9 September. I got a message on 17 September to say my car would only be ready for collection on 26 September. This seems to be an excessively long time to wait for minor repairs. I am very unimpressed.

I was only informed by Auto Magic that my car bumper could not be repaired and would need to be replaced 6 business days after my car went in for repair. Why did Auto Magic take so long to figure this out? This seems very strange and unprofessional to me. How can it possibly take a reputable Auto body repair company 6 working days to figure out that the damaged bumper of a car can’t be repaired and needs to be replaced?
