Exceptional Service delivery

Had to take my car in for an assessment for small scratches around by car. Lourens Zeeman met me on arrival and assisted me with the assessment. Throughout our interaction he was very professional. I did not expect that at all. He did a proper inspection of the vechile and ensured that he covered everything. I had a few boxes in my boot of the car he asked first may he take them out. He carried all of them out himself. When I wanted to assist he laughed and said he will do it. Thank you for this he could have made his work easier by just letting me help but respected me as a client and did it himself. His interaction was fun and he made be feel at ease. I also need to thank the whole team that worked on the car. Wow did not expect the car to look brand new. The way I received the car back. Plastic all over cleaned properly. It felt like taking ownership of a new car again. You made my day thank you so very much Lourens an the team. Lourens and the Leadership team you are clearly an asset to your company.
