Efficient and friendly

I had to take my car for an assessment given a last appointment on a Friday - little hope. After hitting a traffic delay I called so humbly hoping to beg for further attendance as I had delayed. The lady on the phone (Nicole) was so welcoming she made feel I had done better by just calling. she immediately assured me that I will be attended as that was the last appointment even if I delay. I was impressed by the fact she knew about my appointment and all technical details which is not what we ordinarily expect from receptionist. on arrival she could affix my face to the voice - impressive. My assessor was waiting outside and I regret walking past him as he proved his excellence from the time he greeted me. He did the job quickly without delay. I am impressed by his knowledge and information he shared about the process, client education is what helps inform where we should go in future and create real expectations. that made me understand why they are called auto magic - a pleasant experience against the perception generally help about car businesses.
