*****! Steer clear of this business!

<p>Steer clear of this business! The owner Jan, takes on work under his personal capacity wihtout informing clients that it is not actually being done under the Auto Magic on his books. He then allows your job to stand for months doing minimal work on it. You can go and ask every week for it to be completed so you can pay them and take your vehicle, but Jan doesn't care, he will lie to your face very week and promise you it will be completed within another 2 weeks, or another month, or one more week and everytime you go there, you will discover you have been **** to yet again. When you finally after get upset after making nearly 20 visits to their workshop over nearly 20 weeks Jan will tell you that until you can speak to people nicely they won't help you!??! Forgetting the other 19 odd visits when we were kind and patient and understanding and and and..... forgetting the 19 lies we were told that it would be completed, that it was ok to lie to our faces 19 times but not ok when we finally got upset. The head office says that because Jan never put it through Auto Magic's system, there is nothing they can do about it!? Well no one ever told us it was not being taken on under Jan's personal capacity and not under Auto Magic. The principal of law determines that if a representative of a company deals with you and doesn't advise you otherwise, then it is assumed you are doing business with that company. As we eventually asked our attorney to issue Auto Magic George with a letter of demand, demanding that the vehicle be completed now after 5 months of waiting patiently, Jan says he will complete it but whether we will ever get it back is another story - his exact words! BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST! AUTO MAGIC GEORGE IS NOT EVEN OWNED BY AUTO MAGIC, IT IS JUST A FRANCHISE TRADING AS! AUTO MAGIC DOESN'T CARE THAT WE TRUSTED THE AUTO MAGIC BRAND AND THAT WE WERE **** TO AND IGNORED FOR 5 MONTHS WHEN WE WERE PROMISED THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED IN 1 MONTH ORIGINALLY! We will now start legal proceedings.</p>
