Dissapointed
I wrote my report here on 26 June regarding the damages on my car which I've claimed for repairs in 2013 and still waiting for a call from automagic to tell me when to bring the car for repairs. I kept renewing that claim every year. Mr Richard Green responded on my reporting promised that he will check if my claim was authorised and get back to me until today I'm still waiting. I don't know if it's how they treat their clients
