Dissapointed

I have a scratch and dent cover with auto magic since 2012. I submitted a claim in June 2013, I was told to take the car for assessment which I did. They promised to call me and tell me when to bring the car for repairs. I call them almost every month to remind them they kept telling me they are waiting for respond from auto magic panel beaters to give them the date. Is more than 3 years now since I submitted this claim, I renew it every year because they told me it expires after 12 months. I lodge a complain to the seniors but still there's nothing done up to so far. I regret accepting this scratch and dents cover because they deducting premiums every month but they didn't fix my car for 3 years now.
