disgusting service and repair work

I had the bad luck of having two bumper bashings in a short period of time. On the first time i recieved my car back with parts loose, missing and a knocking sound on the car and the car was not even washed. On the second round promises were made that the car would be ready, no promises were kept. No communication to the client regarding the progress of the car and on day of delivery stated by them, i the client have to phone them to find out what is going on. the service i have recieve from this business is shocking and will NOT refer them to anyone
