Desparate

Auto and General chose Auto magic to fix my car as they are the service provider for their insurance. I signed the authorization form on the 25 of May 2015 until now my car hasn't been booked. Last week Monday 1 June I called to find out why I am not being booked,I was told that they still waiting for the parts. I asked for estimated time for the parts arrival,I was told that it will be before Friday. Today 9 June I am told that they are still waiting for the parts from Johannesburg and they cannot even tell me when it will arrive.My car was manufactured locally however they still cannot get the part on time. I do not understand what the hassle is all about. This situation is very disappointing. They don't communicate with me. I had to call the insurance to find out what is going on since that they haven't been answering their phone. Now I am wondering if they will ever do a proper job with my car. Disappointed.
