Dented window tint

I took my car (renault kiger) to automagic bloemfontein to repair the back part. When i get the car, the paint did not match that of my car, i complained and then they fixed it. I also complained about the tint that was damaged. with the tint i was told that they are not going to replace it as ‘it was stated on their check list’. Their check list missed one bullet number, and i think all that was mentioned on that bullet.

I took the matter further by emailing, even today i am still waiting for their respond. I then complained to my insurer, they were also told that ‘they (automagic) are not going to entertain me’.

I took my car there thinking that they are professional and that they will take care of the car, only to find out they will make it worse. I am hurt and disappointed.
