Delay in repairs

My car was booked in on 23/02/2015 and was given an estimated time of 14 working days. Then I was called about an extension to 11/03/2015 which I was understanding of. <br> <br> This morning I receive an sms saying it was discussed with me that my car will be ready on 13/03/2015! This new extension was NOT communicated with me at all.<br> <br> I do not appreciate the extensions that continue happening from one week to the next especially when your policy is a 7-14 working day one. This is a great inconvenience!
