Damaged veihcle after repairs

Took my vehicle in on the 2nd of November 2015 for repairs.<br> <br> The first time I got my vehicle back there were scratches on the vehicle that was not there before, spray paint runs and drips over the boot, the speaker board in the back was broken and on some of the repaired spots paint were peeling off. The boot was full of over spray as well as the bumper.<br> <br> I returned the vehicle and received it only back yesterday on the 6th of January 2016 (2 Months?). Upon close inspection I noticed that the boot and bumper was still not lining up and that there was a big dent next to my window which was not there before and the best of all is that they tried to touch it up with paint (still wet when I received the vehicle).<br> <br> When I drove the vehicle this morning I also noticed that number plate bracket is loose and rattles when I drive. <br> <br>
