Completion estimate delayed

After a claim to my insurance I was sent to automagic witbank for repairs... Accident happened 19 June and my booking was confirmed for 09 July. 2 weeks later I called to check on my car and I was told they are still waiting for the administration process. 23 July I was told the estimated completion date would be 07 August. Then 11 August... After my first initial call Errol kept me updated frequently with regards to my car. Finally my car was finished on the 13th. I collected it and I was more than happy with the work done... My only advice to automagic is to only request clients to bring in their cars once administration is finished. Cause once I bring in my car I expect it to be fixed immediately
