Complaint Regarding Delayed Vehicle Repair and Lack of Communication

I want express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received from the establishment regarding the repair of my vehicle, which has now taken over 7-10 days and has been marred by a severe lack of communication.

On 22/08/2023, I brought in my car. At that time, I was provided with an estimated timeline of 7- 10 working days, which seemed reasonable. However, it has now been well beyond that initial timeframe, and I have not received any concrete updates regarding the status of my vehicle's repair.

I have made multiple attempts to contact automagic shop to inquire about the progress of the repair and to receive an updated timeline, but I have been met with a frustrating lack of transparency. I believe that effective communication is a fundamental aspect of customer service, and the complete absence of it in this situation is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would not recommend the business to anyone!! Youre better off going elsewhere.
