Changing completion dates

On the 5 Oct I delivered my car at Auto Magic for 3 minor Dents. On the same day I added two minor Dents, by 09h00 Auto Magic had the claim numbers for the additional work. I was told that the repair work would take a week. On Friday, 9 Oct I phoned and I was told the autorization for new work was recieved on Thursday, 8 Oct and that they started with the work on Friday 9 Oct. They said the new completion date would be 13 Oct. On Monday I got an sms saying the car is moving through the paint process. I phoned to ask if I will get the car on Tuesday and the response no. The completion date has changed to Thursday, 15 Oct. I kindly requested them to complete on Wednesday and the response was we will try. On Wednesday I got an sms saying the completion date would be Friday, 16 Oct. I phoned and asked what is the delay. I met an inconsiderate, uncaring and unempathic receptionist. She told me the car will be finished on Friday and that is that. I calmed myself down and requested her to ask the owner to please stick to Friday, 16 Oct. The same reason given to me on the 9 Oct is the same reason they have been giving me all week for not completing. Tomorrow, 16 Oct I will go to them.
