Car never fixed. Dont ever use Automagic in Durban

My car had an accident and the car insurance, Virgin Money instructed me to take it to Automagic. The car was with Automagic for the whole month of September but it came back not fixed. In fact it came back more damaged, parts are falling off as I am driving. I went back to Automagic and they acknowledged that the car was never repaired. If they were not *****ing parts from the car I am wondering what were they doing with it. They promised to rectify this but 4 months later they are still not willing to correct this. Automagic Durban branch is the worst service provider I've ever come across with. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I'll never ever use their services again.
